M-Commerce in a customer world

A customer focused approach to mobile retailing has led to a high profile invitation for Starfish 360’s m-commerce experts to speak at the new Customer World retail event.

Customer World 2011 will be held on November 1-2 at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, and aims to reveal, question and plan for the 2010-2020 customer.

As the consumer market-place grows and diversifies, leading industry magazine Retail Week is bringing together over 300 retailers, customer insight experts, consumer psychologists and innovators in both technology and the holistic customer experience for the Customer World 2011.
